Step 2. Get Pre-Qualified. You can call your bank, local credit union or contact a mortgage broker. They can help you with the process to get a mortgage and lock in your rate.

Step 4. Start looking for your home. Decide the size, bedrooms, bathroom and what area you want to look.
Step 5. Make an offer for your new home. We will send the offer on your behalf and you will just wait for our call with the seller’s expecting your contract or counter offer.
Step 6. Get the home inspected. You can choose an inspector or we can give you several companies to choose from.
Step 7. We might have to ask for repairs or except the home as is.
Step 8. We go to closing. We setup a convenient time for you to agree to the purchase of the home typically at a title company you choose . You can choose from several companies.
