This policy explains how John Shawareb, Real Estate Broker ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use JohnShawareb.com or contact us about buying or selling property in Oklahoma.

When you fill out our contact form or reach out by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, whether you are looking to buy or sell, the type of property you are interested in, and whether you are prequalified with a lender. Our website also collects basic technical information that most websites collect, such as pages visited, through standard analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, help you buy or sell property, send you updates about your transaction, and share market information you have asked for. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to real estate services.
Text messages
If you choose Yes on our contact form's text message consent question, you agree to receive text messages from John Shawareb, Real Estate Broker with updates, market information, and reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving our services.
Sharing
Your information is never sold. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing. We share information only when needed to serve you, for example with a title company, lender, or inspector involved in your transaction, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics

We use it for our own site statistics only: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, there are no advertising or remarketing cookies on this site, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
